Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering or using any services provided by 99kopitiam.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided through the 99kopitiam platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of 99kopitiam. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.
This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information provided during registration is true and accurate.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Registering more than one account under the same individual constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 99kopitiam will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with anyone.
- Always log out of your account after using a shared device.
- Report to the support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
- Do not share your account information with any third party under any circumstances.
Account verification is carried out via your registered mobile number. This number must be active and belong to you personally. 99kopitiam reserves the right to request additional verification at any time to ensure account security.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 99kopitiam platform agree to comply with all platform rules and must not engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or other users. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, odds manipulation, or collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
- Transferring or selling your account to another party.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any existing balance, and where necessary, legal action.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 99kopitiam platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required for Malaysian users. Accepted payment methods include FPX (local online banking), TNG eWallet, and other recognised digital wallets.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount depends on the selected payment method and is subject to the limits set out in the Deposits section of your account. All deposits are final once confirmed by the payment system. 99kopitiam is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the user's name. 99kopitiam reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding the set limits. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means will result in transaction cancellation and account closure.
5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policies
Limitation of Liability
99kopitiam shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or losses arising from service disruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the platform's control. The platform's liability is limited to the active balance in the user's account at the time of the incident.
This platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties. 99kopitiam does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times, although all reasonable efforts are made to ensure consistent service availability.
Account Suspension & Closure
99kopitiam reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In cases of account closure due to a breach, the account balance may be forfeited. Users whose accounts have been legitimately closed may submit an appeal through 99kopitiam's customer support channels.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 99kopitiam platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and brand names, is the exclusive property of 99kopitiam or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without explicit written permission from 99kopitiam.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 99kopitiam platform may utilise third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. 99kopitiam is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or actions of any such third parties. Users are encouraged to review third-party terms separately.
Changes to These Terms
99kopitiam reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified via an in-platform notice or their registered email when material changes are made. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through legal proceedings under the appropriate jurisdiction in Malaysia.
